Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
MPTune does not require an account and does not collect names, emails, or payment details for the free tier. To enforce a fair daily generation limit without requiring sign-up, we temporarily record:
- Your IP address and the current date, used only to count how many tracks you have generated today.
- The text prompt you submit, which is sent to our AI music generation provider (Replicate, running Meta's MusicGen model) solely to generate your track.
- A small cookie that remembers your interface language (English or Turkish) and, for Pro users, a session cookie that proves an activated license without storing any personal information in it.
2. Data retention
Generated audio and download packages are stored temporarily (currently for a few hours) in cloud object storage so your browser can stream and download them, then automatically deleted by a scheduled cleanup job. We do not keep a permanent library of generated tracks. IP-based quota records automatically expire at the end of each day (UTC).
3. Third-party services
- Replicate - runs the AI models that generate your audio (and, for Pro stem separation requests, split it into channels) from your prompt.
- Upstash / Vercel - stores the temporary, anonymous daily quota counters and the generated audio files described above.
- Lemonsqueezy - processes Pro subscription payments and license key validation. We never see or store your payment card details ourselves.
- Google Analytics - helps us understand anonymous site usage (e.g. page views, approximate geography, device type) so we can improve the product. Google may set cookies or use similar technologies for this; you can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Google AdSense - shows ads that help cover our server and API costs. Google may use cookies or similar technologies to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. You can review and control this at Google Ads Settings and learn more in how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
4. Children's privacy
This service is intended for game developers and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
5. Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves (for example, when we introduce optional accounts or paid plans). Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
